Directions to Monroe-Chester Sportsmen’s Club, Gibson Hill Road, Chester, New York

From the NYS Thruway:  At exit 16 (Harriman) take Rts 6 & 17 to exit #130.  At end of ramp, make a left turn onto Rt 208 South.  Take the right at the fork between the two gas stations.  At the next light make a left turn onto Rte 17M. (from thruway exit to here its 4.8 miles)
On Rte 17M make a right at the second light which is Lakes Road and follow Lakes Road past two lakes.  At the end of the second lake look for Laroe Road on the right. There is a ‘Hospital’ sign and blinking yellow light there. (total miles from Thruway now is 8.3 miles)  Make a right onto Laroe Road and go about one mile to Gibson Hill Road. There is another ‘Hospital’ sign there.  Make a left onto Gibson Hill Road and go about one mile where you will see the club sign on the right. Drive through the gate and go straight on the narrow road for about half a mile till you see the range on the left.  Park in the field on the right, across from the pistol range.


Directions to Roslyn’s Range at Calverton, New York

From the Long Island Expressway: Going eastbound take exit #71.  At the end of the ramp make a left and go under the expressway.  Go past the gas station on the left to the first left turn which is Mill Road.  Make a left onto Mill Road and go about 1/4 mile and look for a narrow dirt road on the left, which is the unmarked entrance to the range. There is an open gate about ten feet in on the dirt road, and the entrance is opposite the first row of houses on the right side of Mill Road. Follow this dirt road to the range parking area and range house.
